Intelligent Automation Corporation offers a full range of repair and calibration services for our products. Factory trained knowledgeable personnel will diagnose and repair your product. Special test equipment traceable to the National Bureau of Standards is used to verify the operation and calibration of your system prior to its return to you. For systems with Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) our facilities are certified by the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) to meet their requirements for Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA).
RMA Authorization: Prior to returning any item to Intelligent Automation Corporation for repair it is mandatory that you contact us for a Return Material Authorization number. You will be issued an RMA # and specific instructions on how to return the equipment.
Repair Status: To obtain the status of your item returned for repair contact us and provide the RMA # provided when you returned the item. Email is the preferred method for requesting repair status.
